Parker's 512C and 514C drives have been in production for over 20 years and have now reached end of life. Low sales volumes and the general decline of the DC market combine to make engineering updates or replacement products uneconomic, and recent component obsolescences mean that it is impossible to continue manufacture long term.

As a result, the 512C and 514C shall be obsoleted as soon as current component stock is exhausted. Approximately 6 months of component stock remains as of 1st June 2022.
