We had an urgent call out where a line had completely stopped due to a breakdown on a (very) old SSD 545 extruder drive. We were on site with a replacement drive within 2 hours as we were sure the drive would be past it's best now, but after some diagnostics we found the fault to be on a series of field resistors and had the old drive running by the end of the day.

*** We have diagnostic equipment and the know how to service and repair most old / obsolete drives. Replacing a broken down drive doesn't always have to be the answer and when time is limited a repair may be the most cost effective route.
