The next chapter in the company's evolution came with the partial acquisition by Veruth Holdings, a move that signaled a new era of possibilities and opportunities. Despite the change in major shareholding, John Mullins continued to steer the company as the managing director, ensuring continuity in leadership and a seamless transition. This marked the beginning of the new trading name, Oracle Drives and Automation's transformation into a multifaceted organization, capable of meeting a diverse range of automation needs. 

One of the most recent milestones in the company's journey was the expansion to new premises in Peterlee. This strategic move not only provided the company with a larger storage facilities, dedicated training and meeting rooms, and a shopfloor to start inhouse built control panels, but also reinforced its commitment to meeting the growing demands of its clientele. The new premises equipped the company with the resources and infrastructure needed to further enhance its capabilities and continue delivering exceptional services. 

While Oracle Drives and Automation initially made its mark by supplying and installing inverter drives, the company has continued to diversify its offerings in response to the changing landscape of automation. A notable development has been the introduction of calibration services for instruments, a testament to the company's adaptability and forward-thinking approach.
