Wire Drawing Machine Panel and Motor
A 75kW drive panel had broken down and we were called to repair or replace. After inspection of the panel and the evaluation of the set ups energy efficiency, it was decided a new drive and higher efficiency motor would be advantageous to the customer.
We supplied a Parker 890 drive with a full safety guard and estop system in an enclosure, we supplied and fitted the new high efficiency motor and installed and commissioned the new system incorporating it into the existing machine controls.
Additionally the Parker 890 drive was also set up to monitor coolant and lubrication systems and to sound an alarm if there was a problem.
